In this 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll learn how burnout really works—from the inside out.
We’ll explore:

Early experiences and beliefs that shape your patterns of stress and over-responsibility

How wounding, thoughts, and feelings create the cycle of burnout

Common signs your system is in protection mode (and how to gently shift out)

Frameworks, tools, and mindset shifts to reduce internal stress and increase resilience​
By the end, you’ll know how to recognize the signs before they escalate and be equipped
with practical tools and frameworks to help you restore balance without giving up what matters most.
